Engineering-Upgrading Our Quality of Life September 16–19,2014,Beijing,China.The XVIII World Congress of the International Commission of Agricultural and Biosystems Engineering(CIGR)will be held in Beijing,China from September 16-19,2014.Preparation for the big event has been proceeding smoothly.The Preparatory Committee and the Secretariat of the Congress have been set up and appropriate staff and facilities allocated.
