作为上海市新型冠状病毒肺炎(以下简称为“新冠肺炎”)确诊患者定点收治医院,上海市公共卫生临床中心按照“集中患者、集中专家、集中资源、集中救治”的“四集中”收治原则,在新冠肺炎患者救治上取得阶段性胜利。本文介绍上海市公共卫生临床中心新冠肺炎患者收治的全流程管理机制,为今后新发或突发传染病暴发期定点收治医院提供可借鉴的运行管理模式。

Shanghai Public Health Clinical Center is a designed hospital for the treatment of coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)in Shanghai and has achieved significant stage victory in the treatment of COVID-19 based on the 4 principles of treatment including“focused on patients,concentrated experts,concentrated resources and concentrated treatment”.This article summarizes the whole process management strategy for COVID-19 treatment in this hospital hopefully to provide a reference operation management mode for the new outbreak of infectious diseases in the future.
