蓝光照射联合双歧杆菌四联活菌片治疗新生儿高胆红素血症的研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的:探讨蓝光照射联合双歧杆菌四联活菌片对新生儿高胆红素血症(NHB)肝功能及胆红素水平的影响。方法:回顾性分析165例NHB患儿临床资料,将83例采用蓝光照射联合双歧杆菌四联活菌片治疗的患儿资料纳入观察组,将82例采用蓝光照射治疗的患儿资料纳入对照组,均治疗5 d。比较两组临床疗效、肝功能及不良反应。结果:观察组总有效率较对照组高(P<0.05);治疗5 d后,两组ALT、AST、TSB、DBil、TCB均较治疗前降低,TBil较治疗前升高,且观察组变化较大(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率较对照组低(P<0.05)。结论:NHB患儿采用蓝光照射联合双歧杆菌四联活菌片治疗可提高治疗效果,改善肝功能及胆红素水平,且安全性较高。 Objective:To investigate the effect of blue light irradiation combined with oral bifidobacterium tetrabiotic tablet on liver function and bilirubin level in neonates with hyperbilirubinemia(NHB).Methods:The clinical data from 165 patients with NHB were retrospectively analyzed and divided into an observation group(83 cases,treated with blue light irradiation combined with oral bifidobacterium tetrabiotic tablets)and a control group(82 cases,treated only with blue light irradiation).The clinical efficacy,liver function and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The overall response rate was higher and the incidence of adverse reactions was lower in the observation group than the control group(P<0.05).The levels of ALT,AST,TSB,DBil and TCB in the two groups were decreased and the levels of TBil were increased 5 days after treatment compared with those before treatment,and these changes were more significant in the observation group than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Blue light irradiation combined with oral bifidobacterium tetrabiotic tablet can improve the therapeutic efficacy,liver function and bilirubin level in children with NHB with high safety.
