Discussion on the work and service mode of clinical pharmacists of traditional Chinese medicine in secondary Chinese medicine hospitals

目的:探索新型的中药临床药师的工作模式,为合理使用中药饮片和中成药提供服务。方法:探索建立“智能化事前审方、医、药联合门诊、药师独立门诊、专科化药学查房、临床药师参与疑难病患者多学科协作诊疗(MDT)、跨机构审方等中药临床药学服务模式”,提升中药饮片应用质量。结果:中药临床药学服务模式能有效促进中药合理用药。结论:中药临床药学工作和服务模式可供同行借鉴。

Objective:To explore a new type of work mode of clinical pharmacists of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)and provide services for the rational use of Chinese medicine decoction pieces and Chinese patent medicine.Methods:We explored to establish some service modes including intelligent preview prescription system,medical and pharmaceutical joint clinics,independent pharmacist clinics,specialized pharmacy ward rounds,clinical pharmacists participating in multidisciplinary collaborative diagnosis and treatment(MDT)of intractable case and so on,so as to improve the application quality of TCM.Results:These modes could effectively promote the rational use of TCM.Conclusion:These work and service modes can be used for reference by peers.
