摘要
通过对照发展成熟的世界级城市群轨道交通经验,分析认为天津现状轨道交通发展存在网络规模不足、层次结构不合理;区域轨道骨架基本形成、重要廊道覆盖不足;市域轨道发展滞后、空间统筹能力不足;城区轨道建设缓慢、提升城市活力不足等问题。结合天津市作为区域中心城市的定位,提出打造“多网融合”的轨道交通体系,支撑区域产业链条完善及多中心、网络化城镇空间格局塑造的总体发展战略,并提出区域层面城际高铁直连互通、区域成网强化天津城镇核心枢纽地位;都市圈层面构建中心直达、枢纽互联的市域轨道,支撑双城、多廊、多节点的空间结构;中心主城通过核心加密、高效覆盖的地铁网络,提升城市活力,促进轨道与城市融合发展;滨海主城通过中心强化、规模适度的城区轨道,提高通达效率,促进产城融合发展等具体发展策略。
Based on the experience of rail transit development in world-class urban agglomerations,this study analyzes the existing problems in the development of rail transit in Tianjin,such as insufficient network scale and unreasonable hierarchical structure,basic formation of regional track framework and insufficient coverage of important corridors,lagging development of suburban rails and insufficient space coordination ability,slow urban rail construction,and insufficient promotion of urban vitality.Combined with the positioning of Tianjin as a regional central city,this paper puts forward the overall development strategy of building a“multi network integration”rail transit system with integrated networks,to improve regional industrial chains and the shape a spatial pattern of multiple centers and networks.It also puts forward specific development strategies,such as intercity high-speed rail direct connection and regional networking,to strengthen the core hub position of Tianjin at the regional level;and at the metropolitan level,construction of urban rail transit with direct access to the center and interconnected hubs to support the spatial structure of double cities,multi corridors,and multi nodes;in the central main city,through core encryption,efficient coverage of the subway network,enhancement of the vitality of the city,and promotion of the integrated development of rail and city;in Binhai city,through center strengthening,the appropriate scale of urban rail,improving accessibility efficiency,and promoting the integration of industry and city development.
