应用型院校学前教育专业教育实习的优化策略

摘要 应用型院校学前教育专业旨在培养应用型幼教专门人才,实践性是其主要特点之一。教育实习是提升幼师生实践教学能力最直接有效的途径。准备不充分、实习园参差不齐、管理不到位、指导不深入、评价针对性不强等是目前应用型院校学前教育专业教育实习普遍存在的问题。学校应针对这些问题,从多方面着手,改进优化学前教育专业教育实习,确保教育实习能够顺利且高质量地完成。 The specialty of preschool education in applied colleges aims to cultivate applied preschool education professionals,and practicality is one of its main characteristics.Educational practice is the most direct and effective way to improve the practical teaching ability of teachers and students.At present,the common problems of preschool education practice in applied colleges are inadequate preparation,uneven practice parks,inadequate management,inadequate guidance and weak evaluation pertinence.Aiming at these problems,colleges should improve and optimize the educational practice of preschool education specialty from various aspects to ensure that the educational practice can be completed smoothly and with high quality.
