摘要
Introduction Different autoimmune conditions have been described in human immunodeficiency virus(HIV)patients on antiretroviral therapy(ART),but muscle-specific kinase(MuSK)myasthenia gravis(MG)coexisting with HIV is rare.We report a case of a Chinese patient with an asymptomatic HIV infection who presented with newly-onset MuSK MG and was managed successfully with the acetylcholinesterase inhibitor pyridostigmine.
