智慧健康养老产业发展的现实困境与路径优化

Development of smart health and elderly care industry:dilemmas and path optimization

智慧健康养老为应对人口老龄化与失能化加剧趋势提供了新思路和新方向,对于调整健康养老服务供需结构、实现健康老龄化具有现实意义。现阶段智慧健康养老产业虽有一定基础,但在发展过程中仍面临诸多困境。采用PEST法从政治、经济、社会、技术4个方面剖析了目前智慧健康养老产业发展的现实困境,并就这4个方面提出相应的路径优化措施,包括:政治策略——加强顶层设计,建立健全智慧健康养老配套体系;经济策略——产业集群发展,重构商业模式;社会策略——转变传统观念,推动健康养老服务升级;技术策略——加强人才培养与技术创新力度。

Smart health and elderly care industry provides new insights and directions to cope with the increasing trend of population aging and disability and is of practical significance for adjusting the supply and demand structure of elderly care services and realizing the healthy aging.Although the past decade has witnessed the development of smart health and elderly care industry,many difficulties still exist.Using the political,economic,social and technological(PEST)method,the authors analyze the real-world dilemmas of the smart health and elderly care industry and propose path optimization measures in the following four aspects:political strategy:strengthening the top-level design and establish a sound supporting system for healthy aging;economic strategy:developing industry clusters and reconstructing the business modes;social strategy:transforming the traditional concept and promoting the upgrade of healthy aging services;and technology strategy:strengthening the training of talents and the technological innovations.
