摘要
宝钢3号高炉第二代在操作炉型发生变化以后,存在炉缸工况不佳、渣皮稳定性差等问题=借鉴3号高炉第一代的成功经验,通过采取稳定渣铁流动性,控制好炉温和碱度;维持良好铁口孔道状态,出尽渣铁;保持足够的炉缸储热量;安装微型铜冷却器,稳定渣皮;控制合适的鼓风动能;优化布料模式等措施,炉缸工况得到改善,炉缸侧壁温度保持相对稳定,操作炉型趋于合理。
To deal with some problems occurred in Baosteel’s No.3 BF as the furnace operating profile changed during its second generation of campaign,such as poor working condition of hearth and unstable slag skull,the measures taken based on the successful experience obtained during its first generation of campaign include:(1) stabilizing the fluidity of slag and hot metal and making the furnace temperature and alkalinity fully controlled;(2) keeping the required taphole path for fully tapping the slag and hot metal;(3) maintaining sufficient heat inside hearth;(4) installing micro copper cooler to stabilize the slag skull;(5) adequately controlling the kinetic energy of blast and optimizing distribution mode.As a result of the above measures,the working condition of hearth improves,the hearth sidewall temperature becomes much more stable than before,and the furnace tends to reasonable development of its operating profile.
