摘要 在自动化仪表行业,多数智能仪表和执行机构产品的售后服务处于人工服务模式,售后服务周期过长,滞后于信息技术的发展。这已成为仪表行业全生命周期管理效率的瓶颈之一。充分利用智能仪表蓝牙5.0通信技术,设计了基于云平台移动架构的新型工业仪表综合服务APP软件。通过协议扩展,该APP可泛化应用于自动化仪表行业,成为行业专用工具APP。通过该APP和相应智能仪表的升级开发,可实现产品售前技术咨询、售中安装技术指导、售后可视化监控、运行优化、报修服务、实时故障诊断等仪表产品的全生命周期业务功能,有效提升管理效率,为仪表用户单位提供更为及时的服务响应、在线故障诊断和修复支持。该APP设计提供了一种应用于智能仪表的移动互联方案,可以广泛应用于其他执行机构产品。 In the automation instrument industry, the after-sales service of most intelligent instrument and actuator products is in the manual service mode, and the after-sales service cycle is too long, which lags the development of information technology. This has become one of the efficiency bottlenecks of the whole life cycle management of the instrument industry. By making full use of Bluetooth 5.0 communication technology of smart instrument, a new integrated service APP software for industrial instrument is designed based on the mobile architecture of cloud platform. Through protocol extension, the APP can be generally applied to the automation instrument industry and become a specialized tool APP for the industry. Through upgrading development of the APP and the corresponding intelligent instrument, it can realize instrument product business functions of whole life cycle, such as technical advice before sales, technical installation guidance in sales, visual monitoring after sales, operation optimization, repair service, and real-time fault diagnosis, which effectively improves the efficiency of management with more timely response, on-line fault diagnosis and repair support service for the instrument user units. The APP design provides a mobile interconnection solution applied to the smart instrument, which can be widely used in other actuator products.
