摘要
介绍了秦皇岛宏兴钢铁1 260 m^(3)高炉的创新技术。通过采用高富氧、高风温、高顶压、低硅冶炼、优化布料方式等措施,高炉利用系数达到3.5 t/(m^(3)·d),高炉煤比年均达到157 kg/t,燃料比降低到511 kg/t;通过改造热风炉结构、增设均压煤气回收系统、提高块矿比例等节能减排措施,在降低高炉生铁成本的同时,取得了较好的低碳冶炼效果,年可减排二氧化碳30多万t,经济及社会效益显著。
The innovative technology of 1 260 m^(3) blast furnace in Qinhuangdao Hongxing Steel Company is introduced. By adopting measures such as high oxygen enrichment,high air temperature,high top pressure,low silicon smelting and optimizing distribution mode,the utilization coefficient of blast furnace is maintained at 3. 5 t/(m^(3)·d) for a long time,the average annual coal ratio of blast furnace reaches 157 kg/t and the fuel ratio is reduced to 511 kg/t. By reforming the structure of hot blast stove,adding pressure equalizing gas recovery system,increasing the proportion of lump ore and other energy-saving measures,the cost of blast furnace pig iron is reduced w ith good low-carbon smelting effect. And more than 300 000 tons of carbon dioxide can be reduced annually.
