摘要
首钢京唐1 420 mm镀锡产线在生产宽薄料时,钢卷卷取初期内圈频繁出现横向褶皱缺陷和纵向褶皱缺陷,降低了钢卷的成材率,严重影响了镀锡板产品的质量,经济损失巨大。通过对整个1 420 mm镀锡产线进行跟踪总结,分析了缺陷产生的主要原因,并分别对卷取机芯轴橡胶套筒规格、卷取机芯轴膨胀程序、助卷器带钢导向板、助卷器皮带等进行了优化。优化后,镀锡机组卷取褶皱缺陷大幅降低,产品质量显著提升。
During the production of w ide and thin plate in 1 420 mm tinplate production line of Shougang Jingtang,the inner ring of steel coil frequently has transverse fold defects and longitudinal fold defects at the initial coiling stage,w hich reduces the yield of steel coil,seriously affects the quality of tinplate products and causes huge economic losses. By tracking and summarizing the w hole 1 420 mm tin plating line,the main causes of defects are analyzed,and the specifications of coiler mandrel rubber sleeve,coiler mandrel expansion program,coiler strip guide plate and coiler belt are optimized respectively. After optimization,the w inding fold defects of tin plating unit are greatly reduced and the product quality is significantly improved.
