设备管理模式是企业管理理念的具化体现,最优化地发挥设备能效、最大限度地获取设备投资收益是设备管理的核心目的。传统的设备管理模式已无法适应当今信息经济飞速发展的社会节奏,设备管理模式的改革以及企业设备管理信息化的建设势在必行。通过从多角度对设备全生命周期管理理论的含义及内容进行阐述研究,分析了其在企业的具体应用方式和途径。对于钢铁企业来说,设备中期运行维护时无线数据的监控为下一步的研究方向。

Equipment management mode is the embodiment of enterprise management concept. The core purpose of equipment management is to optimize equipment energy efficiency and maximize equipment investment income. The traditional equipment management mode cannot adapt to the social rhythm in information economy w ith rapid development. The reformation of equipment management mode and the construction of enterprise equipment management informatization are imperative. This paper expounds and studies the meaning and content of equipment life cycle management theory from multiple angles,and analyzes its specific application methods and w ays in enterprises. For iron and steel enterprises,the monitoring of w ireless data during medium-term operation and maintenance of equipment is the next research direction.
