摘要
需求响应和储能使用权的共享是电网低碳经济调度切实可行的调节手段。综合考虑可再生能源发电利用率、用户电费支出满意度等约束条件,以售电公司净利润最大和储能运营商收益最高为目标,构建低碳经济调度模型。在共享储能调控策略的基础上针对不同类型用户实施负荷需求响应,并利用多目标粒子群算法求解。通过算例分析验证了所提低碳经济调度策略的有效性。
The sharing of the using right of demand response and energy storage is a practical and feasible regulation method for low-carbon economic dispatching of power grid.Considering the con-straints such as renewable energy generation utilization rate and us-er’s satisfaction degree of electricity payment,taking the maximum net profit of power selling companies and the highest income of ener-gy storage operators as the objectives,a low-carbon economic dis-patch model is constructed.On the basis of shared ES control strate-gy,load demand response is implemented for different types of us-ers,and the multi-objective particle swarm optimization algorithm is used to solve the problem.The effectiveness of the proposed low car-bon economic scheduling strategy is verified by an example.
