面向用电负荷精细化调控的需求侧管理平台设计 被引量:2

摘要 随着国家能源互联网战略的深入实施,电力需求侧管理被赋予了绿色用电、智能用电等新内涵,研究热度持续不减。首先分析了需求侧管理平台的业务需求;其次,从总体架构、业务架构、应用架构、技术架构4个方面设计了平台架构;然后,分析了支撑平台建设的关键技术及其应用方法;最后,对平台在国网河北省电力有限公司的上线运行效果进行了分析。提出的需求侧管理平台可以有效地缓解区域性电力供需不平衡矛盾,削峰填谷效果显著。 With the in-depth implementation of the national energy Internet strategy,power demand side management has been endowed with new connotations such as green power and smart power,and the research interest continues unabated.Firstly,the business requirements of the demand side management platform is analyzed.Secondly,the platform architecture is designed from four aspects:overall architecture,business architecture,applica-tion ar-chitecture and technical architecture.Then,the key technologies and their application methods that support platform construction are analyzed.Finally,the effect of the platform’s online operation in the State Grid Hebei Electric Power Company is analyzed.The demand side management platform proposed can effectively allevi-ate the imbalance of regional power supply and demand,and the ef-fect of peak shaving and valley filling is significant.
