摘要 针对建立磁流变阻尼器非线性动力学模型的问题,从改进的Bouc-Wen模型出发,在磁流变阻尼器力学特性试验的基础上,以仿真值与实测值之间的误差作为目标函数,采用Simulink-Parameter Estimation模块中非线性最小二乘法进行参数识别,然后确定磁流变阻尼器调控参数与控制电压之间的函数关系。根据参数识别结果对磁流变阻尼器进行精确建模,最后采用实测试验数据对模型进行验证。结果表明:得到的6参数精确力学模型精度较高,说明该模型通用性较强。 Aiming at the problem of establishing the nonlinear dynamic model of magnetorheological damper,starting at the improved Bouc-Wen model,based on the experimental study of the mechanical properties of the MR damper,the error between the simulated value and the measured value is taken as the objective function.Use the nonlinear least squares method in the Simulink-Parameter Estimation module make parameter identification,then determine the MRD function relation between regulated control parameters and control voltage.MRD is modeled accurately according to the result of parameter identification.Finally,the model is verified by the measured test data.The results show that the accuracy of the 6-parameter precise mechanical model is high,and the simulated and measured results show that the model is universal.
