随着信息时代的到来,工程项目管理必将走向信息化管理,项目管理的核心竞争力也越来越依赖于信息技术。通过调研,提出投资项目信息化管控的建议。通过分析建设项目信息化的内涵趋势后,调研集团公司管理架构、集团及项目信息化软硬环境,以及目前集团内支撑项目信息化管理的OA平台、生产管理平台、安全质量环保平台、BIM信息系统三平台一系统功能,得出投资项目信息化管控的建议。

With the advent of the information age,engineering project management is bound to move towards information management,and the core competitiveness of project management is increasingly dependent on information technology.Through investigation,suggestions on the information management and control of investment projects are put forward.After analyzing the connotation trend of the informatization of construction projects,research the management structure of the group company,the soft and hard environment of the group and project informatization,and the current OA platform,production management platform,safety,quality and environmental protection platform,and BIM information that support the project informatization management within the group.Three systems,three platforms and one system function,to get recommendations for the information management and control of investment projects.
