融合“双创”思维的产品设计专业人才培养体系研究

Research on the Cultivation System of Talents in Product Design Integrating"Innovative and Entrepreneurial"Thinking

在信息时代和物联网技术蓬勃发展的背景下,培养适应时代发展和市场需求的创新创业人才是目前高等学校的育人方向。本文以产品设计专业为例,探索研究融入“双创”思维的新型培养体系,通过整合校企优势资源,以科研项目导入、以赛代练、设置开放性实验课程等手段,强化创新能力培养。提出优化课程体系和增强实践教学、构建创新创业实践平台、制定多元化评价体系、制订多样化的考核方法等方式,推进产品设计专业学生创新创业能力培养,有效促进育人工作的展开。

With the rapid development of information technology and Internet of Things technology,cultivating talents of innovative and entrepreneurial to adapt to the demand of market and the times is the current orientation of higher education.In this paper,it takes the product design major as an example,to explore and study a new cultivating system of Innovative and Entrepreneurial by integrating the superior resources of schools and enterprises,including importing scientific research projects,practicing through the competition,setting up open experimental courses and other means,in order to improve the cultivation of innovation ability.In order to promote the cultivation of innovation and entrepreneurship ability of students majoring in product design promote the development of education work effectively,it is proposed to optimize the curriculum system and enhance practice teaching,construct innovation and entrepreneurship practice platform,develop diversified evaluation system and develop diversified assessment methods.
