基于影像学和内镜资料的CBL教学法在消化科实习中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 目的:分析基于影像学和内镜资料的CBL教学法应用于消化科实习取得的效果。方法:选择2018年10月—2019年3月在齐齐哈尔医学院附属三院消化一科实习的2014级临床学生共50名,引入CBL教学法。出科前进行理论考试,与2013级临床学生出科成绩作比较,并对教学效果进行问卷调查(包括自学能力、实际问题分析能力、问题的解决能力),对基于影像学和内镜资料的CBL教学法实施效果进行评价。结果:在实习教学中,影像学和内镜资料融入CBL教学法可以提升学生的实践能力,效果要优于原有的教学模式,数据存在的差异表明统计学意义存在(P<0.05)。学生对基于影像学和内镜资料的CBL教学法实施效果评价也要高于传统教学组。结论:基于影像学和内镜资料的CBL教学法应用于消化科实习有助于提高学生的综合能力。 Objective:To analyze the effect of CBL teaching method based on imaging and endoscopic data in practice of Gastroenterology department.Methods:A total of 50 clinical students of 14 levels were selected to practice in the First Department of Gastroenterology in the Third Affiliated Hospital of Qiqihar Medical University from October 2018 to March 2019.CBL teaching method was introduced.The theoretical examination was conducted before graduation,and the results were compared with those of Grade 13 clinical students,and the questionnaire teaching effect was investigated(including self-study ability,practical problem analysis ability,problem solving ability),and the implementation effect of CBL teaching method based on imaging and endoscopic data was evaluated.Results:In practice teaching,the integration of imaging and endoscopy data into CBL teaching method can improve students'practical ability,and the effect is better than the original teaching mode.The difference in data shows statistical significance(P<0.05).Students also evaluated the implementation effect of CBL teaching method based on imaging and endoscopy data higher than the traditional teaching group.Conclusion:The application of CBL teaching method based on imaging and endoscopic data in practice of Gastroenterology department is helpful to improve students'comprehensive ability.
