人工智能技术在冠脉疾病诊断教学中的初步应用

摘要 目的:探讨人工智能辅助教学对于提高实习生冠状动脉CTA判读能力的应用价值。方法:选取在陕西省人民医院CT室实习的影像医学专业的本科生60人,依照不同教学方法随机分为2组,即基于人工智能辅助教学法的实验组、传统教学法的对照组,针对两组学生冠状动脉CTA结果判读能力进行客观考核,评价教学效果。结果:实验组教学满意度高于对照组,平均判读时间少于对照组,判读成绩高于对照组,且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:基于人工智能辅助冠状动脉CTA判读教学,增强了学生的实践能力,进一步提高了学习效率。 Objective:To evaluate the application of artificial intelligence(AI)in improving trainees ability of coronary artery disease diagnosis.Methods:60 cases of trainees with bachelor's degree who practiced in the CT room of Shaanxi Provincial People's Hospital were randomly selected,divided into experimental group and control group based on different teaching methods.The traditional teaching method was used in control group,in contrast,AI technology assisted method was used in the experimental group.The results of clinical teaching between the two groups were objectively evaluated as well as their abilities of analyzing the coronary computed tomography angiography(CCTA)imaging.Results:The satisfactory degree in experimental group was higher,The average diagnostic time of cases was shorter in experimental group,meanwhile,the average score was higher in the experimental group than control group,the differences were significant in statistics(P<0.05).Conclusion:The teaching method depends on AI technology is helpful in trainee's education,especially in improving their practical abilities and learning efficiency.
