钻孔灌注桩钢筋笼快速定位装置的应用

Application of Fast Positioning Device for Reinforcement Cage of Cast-in-place Pile

针对传统灌注桩空桩部分钢筋笼耗费钢筋材料、定位不准确、工效不高的缺陷,研发了钻孔灌注桩钢筋笼快速定位装置。该装置能加快钢筋笼定位速度,提升钢筋笼安装质量,同时可重复利用,有效节约成本,产生良好的社会效益和经济效益。实践证明,该装置在钻孔桩工程中有很好的适用性和推广性。

As to the defects of reinforcement cage of empty part of traditional cast-in-place pile,such as consuming reinforcement materials,inaccurate positioning and low work efficiency,a fast positioning device of cast-in-place pile reinforcement cage is developed.The device can accelerate the positioning speed of reinforcement cage and improve its installation quality.At the same time,it can be reused,effectively save the cost,and produce good social and economic benefits.The practice shows that the device has good applicability and popularization in cast-in-place pile engineering.
