摘要
在康桥工业区E09B-01地块动迁安置房项目建设过程中,为达到减少建筑交付后渗水产生的经济损失的目的,对预制装配式结构外墙防水的弊端进行深化设计,包括空腔防水、材料防水体系的深化及PC构件构造防水等做法。最终通过淋水试验进行防水效果检验,得出PC构件深化后的防水系统对防水效果的提高有着积极的作用,值得借鉴和推广。
During the construction of relocation and resettlement house project in block E09B-01 of Kangqiao Industrial Zone,in order to reduce the economic loss caused by water seepage after building delivery,the disadvantages of prefabricated structure exterior wall waterproof are deeply designed,including cavity waterproof,deepening of material waterproof system and waterproof of PC component structure.Finally,the waterproof effect is tested through the water pouring test,and it is concluded that the waterproof system after the deepening of PC components plays a positive role on the improvement of the waterproof effect,which is worthy of reference and promotion.
