结合南宁市轨道·壹号城3^(#)、5^(#)楼工程,对高层住宅装配式钢管束结构体系的安装施工技术进行介绍。通过优化创新,成功解决了钢管束结构体系测量放线、基础预埋件安装、大体积钢管束构件的吊装、可拆卸钢筋桁架楼承板施工等难题,对高层住宅装配式钢管束结构体系的安装施工具有现实的应用价值。

Combined with the project of No.3 building and No.5 building of Nanning Guidao·Yihao City,the installation and construction technology of prefabricated steel tube bundle structure system for high-rise residential buildings is introduced.Through optimization and innovation,the problems such as the surveying and setting out of steel tube bundle structure system,the installation of foundation embedded parts,the hoisting of large volume steel tube bundle components,and the construction of removable steel truss floor bearing plate are successfully solved,which has practical application value for the installation and construction of prefabricated steel tube bundle structure system in high-rise residential buildings.
