Protective Demolition of Existing Prefabricated Concrete Plant

结合上海彭浦机器厂改造工程,总结了既有预制装配式混凝土厂房拆除的施工顺序、拆除时的临时加固措施和拆除方法、拆除后保护性运输及堆放的保护性拆除施工全过程。工程实施效果表明:厂房拆除过程顺利,拆除后基本无损伤。该施工过程可为既有老旧厂房的拆除、加固及改造工程提供借鉴。

Combined with the reconstruction project of Shanghai Pengpu Machinery Plant,the construction sequence of the demolition of the existing prefabricated concrete plant,the temporary reinforcement measures and demolition methods during the demolition,and the whole process of the protective demolition construction of the protective transportation and stacking after the demolition are summarized.The project implementation effect shows that the process of the plant demolition is smooth,and basically there is no damage after the demolition.The construction process can provide reference for the demolition,reinforcement and reconstruction of the existing old plant.
