A Universal Embedded Device for Protective Railings

针对工程在主体施工阶段和装饰装修阶段采用2套临边防护措施,但在施工中存在临时防护栏与永久装饰防护栏这2种栏杆的设置及预埋件无法通用的问题,设计了一种可以使临时防护栏与永久装饰防护栏实现“永临结合”的多功能预埋基座装置,该装置结构简单,只需现场进行简单焊接即可。在主体施工阶段,普通钢管制成的防护栏杆可直接旋入装置中形成临时防护体系;在装修阶段,可直接将永久防护栏结合附加措施连接在该装置上,从而解决2套防护体系预埋件重复设置、工序烦琐、耗时增加等问题,达到绿色施工的目的。

Two sets of edge protection measures are adopted in the main construction stage and decoration stage of a project.But in the construction,there are two kinds of railings,known as temporary protective railings and permanent decorative protective railings,however their setting and embedded parts cannot be substituted each other.For this reason,a kind of multifunctional embedded base device is designed,which can make the temporary protective railings and the permanent decorative protective railings achieve the combination of"permanent temporary ones-.The device is simple in structure,and it only needs to be welded on site.In the main construction stage,the protective railings made of ordinary steel pipes can be directly screwed into the device to form a temporary protection system;in the decoration stage,the permanent protective railings can be directly connected to the device with additional measures.So it can solve the problems of repeated setting of embedded parts,cumbersome working procedures and time-consuming increase of the two sets of protection system,and achieve the purpose of green construction.
