摘要
随着我国城市化进程的加快,城市道路建设更新受环境、技术等众多因素的制约,其中城区交通主干道改建是城市更新过程中面临的诸多难题之一。针对某穿城区主干道快速化改建工程覆盖面积广、施工难度大、改建设计难等特点,在不影响既有交通运行的前提下进行工程实施,采用BIM技术对工程实施全方位的施工协同规划,保障改建工程同步稳定进行。研究表明,采用BIM技术的改建工程在提升施工效率的同时,保证了施工安全和现有交通的有序运行,可供同类型工程BIM技术应用借鉴。
With the acceleration of China's urbanization process,urban road construction and renewal is restricted by many factors,such as environment,technology and so on.Among them,the reconstruction of urban traffic main road is one of the problems in the process of urban renewal.According to the characteristics of the rapid reconstruction project of a main road crossing the urban area,such as wide coverage area,great construction difficulty,and difficult reconstruction design,the project is implemented on the premise of not affecting the existing traffic operation.BIM technology is used to implement a comprehensive construction collaborative planning for the project,so as to ensure the synchronous and stable progress of the reconstruction project.The research shows that the reconstruction project using BIM technology not only improves the construction efficiency,but also ensures the construction safety and the orderly operation of the existing traffic,which can be used as reference for the application of BIM technology in similar projects.
