Research on Cost Control of Urban Subway Project

为了保持地铁的良性发展,围绕城市地铁建设现状,以部分线路的开发建设为例,分析构成城市地铁造价的各种因素,并阐述其工程管理的主要特点,应该研究并采取合理措施以控制造价,为其他轨道交通建设项目提供理论上的可行性方法。

To maintain the sound development of subway,based on the current situation of urban subway construction,taking the development and construction of some lines as an example,this paper analyzes various factors that constitute the cost of urban subway,expounds the main characteristics of its project management,and studies the reasonable measures to control the cost,which can provide theoretical feasibility methods for other rail transit construction projects.
