摘要
为了降低制造成本,通过设计导向套、过油间隙等,研制了一种降低加工精度的新型液压缓冲器。并通过基于单轴力传感器的缓冲器试验平台对其进行平均减速度及峰值时间、最大缓冲行程等性能测试,该新型液压缓冲器可以满足型式试验要求。
In order to reduce the manufacturing cost,a new type of hydraulic buffer is developed to reduce the machining accuracy by the guide sleeve and oil clearance.With the buffer test platform based on single-axial force sensor,the average deceleration,peak time,maximum buffer stroke and other performance tests are carried out.The results show that the new hydraulic buffer can meet the type test requirements.
