摘要
婴幼儿全面而准确的听力诊断评估是进行精准干预的前提和关键。本文就婴幼儿全面的听力诊断评估涉及的病史采集、听力及基因、影像学检查的临床决策、听力的近/远期随访选择的时机和重要性等方面进行阐述。
Comprehensive and accurate hearing assessment of infants and children is the premise and critical point for precise intervention.This paper describred that the comprehensive diagnosis and assessment of hearing loss for infants and children should include the medical history,the efficacy of various assessment options of hearing tests,as well as the clinical value of genetic examination,the necessity of imaging examination,and the importance of short-term and long-term follow-up of hearing.
