摘要
为提高碳纳米管(CNT)膜卷纱传感性能,通过喷涂的方式制备聚(3,4-二氧乙撑噻吩):聚苯乙烯磺酸(PEDOT:PSS)/CNT复合薄膜,采用自主搭建的加捻装置加捻制备宽度与捻度不同的12种PC(PEDOT:PSS/CNT)膜卷纱。通过直径与外观以及拉伸-电阻变化测试,研究分析PC膜卷纱的力学性能、传感性能及传感循环稳定性能,与CNT膜卷纱的性能进行对比分析。结果表明:在最优的测试参数下,PC膜卷纱的传感系数(GF值)为3.23,比相同参数下未复合PEDOT:PSS的CNT膜卷纱提高了412%。
In order to promote the sensing properties of CNT film,this paper first prepares PEDOT:PSS/CNT composite films by means of spraying,and then uses a self-built twisting device to twist and prepare 12 kinds of PC(PEDOT:PSS/CNT)film twisted yarns with different widths and twists.By testing diameter,appearance,tensile-resistance changes,the mechanical properties,sensing performance and sensing cycle stability of PC film twisted yarns were studied and analyzed,and compared with those of CNT film twisted yarns.The experimental results show that under the optimal test parameters,the sensing coefficient of PC film twisted yarns is 3.23,which is 412%higher than that of CNT film twisted yarn without PEDOT:PSS under the same parameters.
