摘要
为了探究织物手感和手指振动信号之间的关系,对手指滑动触摸织物所产生的手指振动信号进行测试,并采用因子分析的方法提取特征量.然后对振动信号特征量和织物手感评价因子进行了相关性分析.通过研究得到能够代表手指触摸织物所受到的振动刺激有6个特征量.特征量与手感评价因子的相关性为:舒适感、柔软感和光滑感与手指经向触摸织物时在80~500Hz频段内的振动强度呈强负相关;舒适感和柔软感与手指纬向触摸织物时在90~300Hz频段内的振动强度呈中度负相关.客观的手指振动信息可与主观评价统一起来应用于研究织物手感,为织物手感评价的准确性提供了一个客观手段.
In order to explore the relationship between the fabric feel and vibration signals of fingers,vibration signals produced by fingers sliding and touching fabrics were tested and the characteristic quantities were extracted by means of factor analysis.The relationship between the characteristic quantities of vibration signals and the evaluation factor of fabric feel was analyzed by correlation analysis.Through research,there were 6 characteristic quantities which can represent the vibration stimulation that the fingers were subject to when touching the fabric.The correlation between characteristic quantities and the evaluation factor of hand feel was:comfort,softness and smoothness were strongly negatively correlated with the vibration intensity in the frequency band of 80-500 Hz when the finger touched the fabric warp-wise;comfort and softness were significantly negatively correlated with the vibration intensity in the frequency band of 90-300 Hz when the finger touched the fabric weft-wise.Objective finger vibration information can be unified with the subjective evaluation to study the fabric feel,which can provide an objective means to evaluate fabric feel accurately.
