摘要
随着经济的增长,导致污染地块逐渐增多,已严重影响社会发展和进步。土壤污染问题成为亟需解决的重大环境问题和全面建设小康社会的突出问题。土壤污染防治是打好打赢污染防治攻坚战的重要内容,也是保护和改善生态环境,保障公众健康的一项重要措施。国家也出台了相应得到法律法规,尤其是土壤污染防治法的实施,扎实有序的推进净土保卫战。污染地块的生产格局、污染物类型与地质条件共同影响污染物分布特征,但以往土壤调查布点时往往仅从分区布点或者系统布点出发,未全面考虑地质条件对污染物迁移的影响,尤其是取样深度缺乏针对性。本文从污染地块土壤调查出发,以某化工企业地块为例,探讨了地质勘查在污染地块土壤污染状况调查中的重要作用。从调查结果看,通过地质勘查数据,不仅能使布设的土壤点位和采集的土壤样品深度更具科学性和代表性,设计的地下水监测井位置、深度和滤水管设置更符合地块地下水流场特征,而且获取的土壤和地下水污染深度及范围更加准确,既能够起到节约调查经费、提高调查结果准确性的作用,同时也可提高污染地块修复效果。
