二阶可微型线对涡旋压缩机性能的影响 被引量:2

摘要 针对传统变截面涡旋型线在构造形式上采用一阶可微连接方式时存在型线不光顺的问题,提出一种基于二阶可微的涡旋型线连接方法。利用该方法建立了吸气腔、压缩腔和排气腔的容积模型,并对作用在动涡旋上的轴向、切向和径向气体力在实际工况参数下进行了模拟计算。计算结果表明:涡旋型线的连接方式对涡旋压缩机容积性能和动力性能的影响比较显著;相比于一阶可微,采用二阶可微连接方式,行程容积和压缩比分别提高了19.20%,17.13%,轴向力、切向力和径向力均明显减小。可见,采用二阶可微连接方式的变截面型线涡旋压缩机,容积性能较高,动力学优势会更加突出,研究方法和结果可为涡旋压缩机设计提供参考。 Considering the problem that the traditional variable cross-section scroll profiles are not smooth via using the first-order differentiable connection,a new method based on the second-order differentiable connection is proposed.The volume models of suction chamber,compression chamber and discharge chamber are established by using this method.At the same time,the axial,tangential and radial gas forces exerting on the orbiting scroll are simulated under the actual working conditions.The results show that the connection mode of scroll profiles has a remarkable effect on the volume performances and dynamic performances of scroll compressor.Compared with the first-order differentiable connection,the displacement volume and compression ratio are improved 19.20%,17.13%respectively,the axial force,tangential force and radial force are significantly reduced by using the second-order differentiable connection.It can be seen that the scroll compressor with variable cross-section profiles,which adopts the second-order differential connection mode,has higher volume performance and more prominent dynamic advantages.the research method and results can provide references for the design of scroll compressor.
