Exploration on the Prevention and Treatment of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease Based on the Idea of Preventive Treatment for Disease

中医"治未病"思想可概括为"未病先防,欲病救萌,既病防变,瘥后防复"4个预防措施,该文基于"治未病"思想,分别探讨这4个措施在慢性阻塞性肺疾病(Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,COPD)预防与治疗中的具体应用。COPD疾病预防和治疗的整个过程都以"治未病"思想作为指导。于未病、欲病之时就及时采取有效措施,祛除危险因素、扶正固本、欲病早调以预防COPD病理因素的生成并防止疾病的发生;已病之时,对COPD患者进行早期诊断,尽快阻截疾病的传播途径并固护好人体正气和还未受到病邪侵袭的脏腑,越早控制病情,就越早避免了病情的进一步深化和传变;瘥后则应积极调摄,做到除邪务尽,使气血达到平衡,使机体脏腑功能恢复正常,防止疾病复发。"治未病"思想是对预防医学理论的深度总结,为COPD预防和治疗方面提供了不同的思维和方法。

The"preventive treatment of disease"thought in traditional Chinese medicine can be summarized as"prevention before disease onset,rescuing disease in germination,preventing disease from changing,and prevention of the recrudescence of disease four precautions.In this paper,based on the idea of"preventive treatment for disease",respectively,the authors explored the four aspects in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,prevention and treatment of application.The whole process of prevention and treatment of COPD is guided by the idea of"preventing disease".Timely and effective measures should be taken to eliminate risk factors,strengthen the foundation and adjust the disease early so as to prevent the generation of pathological factors of COPD and prevent the occurrence of disease.Grasp the method of early diagnosis of COPD when the disease is already ill,as soon as possible to block the transmission route of the disease and protect the healthy qi of the human body and the organs that have not been affected by the pathogen,the earlier the disease is controlled,the earlier the disease is prevented from further development and progression of the diseases.After recovery,it is necessary to actively adjust to dispel evil,promote qi and blood,restore the function of organs,maintain the balance of yin and yang,and prevent the recurrence of the disease."Preventing and treating diseases"is a high summary of preventive medicine thoughts in TCM,which provides a new way of thinking and method for the prevention and treatment of COPD.
