理气化瘀方治疗支气管哮喘临床观察

Clinical Observation on Regulating Qi-flowing for Removing Blood Stasis Recipe in the Treatment of Bronchial Asthma

目的研究理气化瘀方治疗支气管哮喘的临床疗效。方法选取收治的80例支气管哮喘患者,选取时间为2019年3月—2020年3月,将其分为对照组(40例)和试验组(40例),分组标准均参照随机数字表法统一进行。对照组患者接受常规治疗,试验组患者在对照组基础上联合理气化瘀方治疗,2组均连续治疗7周。对2组患者治疗前后的各项指标:哮鸣音、喘息积分、血气指标以及免疫功能进行比较。结果与治疗前相比,治疗后2组患者哮鸣音、喘息积分、PaCO_(2)、血清Ig E水平均降低,且试验组均低于对照组;而2组PaO_(2)、p H以及血清Ig G、Ig A、Ig M水平均升高,且试验组均高于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论理气化瘀方治疗支气管哮喘具有较好的临床疗效,可对患者出现的胸闷、喘息等症状有所减轻,且可使得血气指标有所改善,同时增强机体免疫功能,提高总体治疗效果。

Objective To study the clinical effect of regulating qi-flowing for removing blood stasis recipe in the treatment of bronchial asthma.Methods A total of 80 patients with bronchial asthma admitted to our hospital were selected from March 2019 to March 2020 and divided into control group(n=40)and experimental group(n=40).The grouping criteria were all unified according to the random number table method.Patients in the control group received routine treatment,while patients in the experimental group received regulating qi-flowing for removing blood stasis recipe on the basis of the control group.Both groups received continuous treatment for 7 weeks.The indicators of wheezing,wheezing score,blood gas index and immune function were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results Compared with before treatment,the levels of wheezing,wheezing score,Pa CO_(2) and serum Ig E in the two groups were all decreased after treatment,and the experimental group was lower than the control group.The levels of PaO_(2),pH and serum Ig G,Ig A and Ig M in the two groups were all increased,and the experimental levels were all higher than those in the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion Regulating qi-flowing for removing blood stasis recipe has a good clinical effect in treating bronchial asthma.It can relieve symptoms such as chest tightness and wheezing,improve blood gas index,enhance immune function,and improve the overall therapeutic effect.
