长蛇灸治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床护理研究

Clinical Nursing Study on Long Snake-like Moxibustion in the Treatment of Lumbar Disc Herniation

目的研究长蛇灸治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床护理效果。方法纳入2018年5月—2020年5月收治的100例患者作为研究对象,根据治疗方式的不同分为对照组和观察组,每组50例。对照组应用常规西医疗法进行治疗,观察组应用长蛇灸及针对性护理进行治疗,对2组患者临床疗效进行对比分析。结果观察组的总有效率显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论研究长蛇灸治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床护理效果发现,长蛇灸疗效与常规西医疗法相比更优,可更好地改善患者临床症状,提升治疗有效性。

Objective To study the clinical nursing effect of long snake-like moxibustion in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation.Method A total of 100 patients hospitalized in the acupuncture department of our hospital from May 2018 to May 2020 were included as study subjects.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into control group and observation group,with 50 patients in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,while the observation group was treated with snake-like moxibustion and targeted nursing.The clinical efficacy of the two groups of patients was compared and analyzed.Result By comparing the clinical efficacy of the two groups,it was found that the total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The curative effect of long snake-like moxibustion in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation is better than that of conventional western medicine,which can better improve the clinical symptoms of patients and enhance the effectiveness of treatment.
