稳心颗粒联合胺碘酮治疗不稳定型心绞痛并室性心律失常临床观察

Clinical Observation on Wenxin Granule Combined with Amiodarone in the Treatment of Unstable Angina with Ventricular Arrhythmia

目的探讨中药稳心颗粒联合胺碘酮治疗不稳定型心绞痛并室性心律失常的疗效和安全性。方法回顾性分析2019年1月—2020年1月收治的120例不稳定型心绞痛并室性心律失常患者,根据治疗模式的差异分为对照组以及观察组。对照组实施胺碘酮治疗,观察组采取中药稳心颗粒联合胺碘酮治疗。比较2组心脏功能指标、心律失常治疗总有效率、室性心律失常转复律时间、入院到出院的时间、不良反应发生率。结果观察组治疗后心脏功能指标低于对照组,心律失常治疗总有效率高于对照组,室性心律失常转复律时间、入院到出院的时间短于对照组,不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中药稳心颗粒联合胺碘酮对不稳定型心绞痛并室性心律失常患者的疗效和安全性高,可改善心功能,并减少不良反应,加速患者心功能好转和出院。

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect and safety of Wenxin granule combined with amiodarone on patients with unstable angina and ventricular arrhythmia.Methods A retrospective analysis of 120 patients with unstable angina and ventricular arrhythmia in our hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were divided into control group and observation group according to the difference in treatment mode.The control group was treated with amiodarone,and the observation group was treated with Wenxin granule combined with amiodarone.The cardiac function indexes,total effective rate of arrhythmia treatment,ventricular arrhythmia conversion time,time from admission to discharge,and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the cardiac function indexes of the observation group were lower than those of the control group.The total effective rate of arrhythmia treatment of the observation group was higher than that of the control group.The conversion time of ventricular arrhythmia and the time from admission to discharge of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group.The incidence of adverse reactions of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Wenxin capsule combined with amiodarone has high effect and safety in patients with unstable angina and ventricular arrhythmia.It can improve cardiac function,reduce adverse reactions,and accelerate the heart Functional improvement and discharge.
