翼状胬肉术后配合中药治疗的研究进展

The Research Progress of Traditional Chinese Medicine in the Treatment of Postoperative Complications of Pterygium

翼状胬肉是一种常见的眼部疾病,治疗方法以手术为主,但术后存在结膜充血及水肿、角膜上皮愈合时间长、术后复发等并发症。目前研究发现中药能改善翼状胬肉术后患者的并发症,此文针对中药对翼状胬肉术后并发症的治疗效果进行综述。

Pterygium is one of common ophthalmic diseases which surgery is main treatment,whereas there are complications such as conjunctival congestion,chemosis,long healing time of corneal epithelial and recurrence after operation. Study found that traditional Chinese medicine can improve the complications after pterygium. This article reviews the therapeutic effect of traditional Chinese medicine on postoperative complications of pterygium.
