山西小微企业融资问题比较分析

Comparative Analysis of Financing Problems of Small and Micro Enterprises in Shanxi Province

小微企业是山西经济颇具活力的经济主体,能够促进山西经济转型增长,同时对解决就业保障民生起到了不可替代的作用。如何满足小微企业资金缺口、降低小微企业融资成本成为必须面对的课题。现阶段山西小微企业由于自身特点,话语权尚处于弱势,对资金的议价权易被忽视,融资难融资贵依然是制约其发展的关键因素。文章从山西小微企业融资问题出发,比较广东、福建、浙江三个省份的做法,试图为解决山西小微企业融资提供可行途径。

Small and micro enterprises are the dynamic economic subject of Shanxi economy,which can promote the economic transformation and growth of Shanxi,and play an irreplaceable role in solving employment and ensuring people’s livelihood.How to meet the capital gap of small and micro enterprises and reduce the financing cost of small and micro enterprises has become a subject that must be faced.At this stage,due to their own characteristics,the voice of small and micro enterprises in Shanxi is still weak,the bargaining power of funds is easy to be ignored,and the difficulty and high cost of financing are still the key factors restricting their development.Starting from the financing problems of small and micro enterprises in Shanxi,this paper compares the practices of Guangdong,Fujian and Zhejiang,and tries to provide a feasible way to solve the financing problems of small and micro enterprises in Shanxi.
