关于加快海宁市优质工业项目招引的对策研究

Research on the Countermeasures to Speed Up the Recruitment of High Quality Industrial Projects in Haining City

优质工业项目是推动地方经济发展的强大引擎,海宁通过项目招引有力推进工业投资在拉动地方经济增长的支撑作用。但近年来,海宁的项目招引面临准入体量小、区域竞争激烈、平台能级低、创新平台支撑能力弱等问题。为招引更多更好的工业项目,抢抓长三角一体化发展机遇,从促成项目招引落地的多个影响因素入手,提出加快推进优质工业项目招引的对策建议,以期为海宁建成高质量工业强市提供有效助力。

High-quality industrial projects are a powerful engine to promote the development of local economy. Haining promotes the supporting role of industrial investment in stimulating economic growth through project attraction.However, in recent years, the project recruitment of Haining is faced with some problems, such as small access volume,fierce regional competition, low level of platform, weak innovation platform and so on. In order to attract more and better industrial projects and seize the opportunity of integrated development of Yangtze River Delta, this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to speed up the promotion of high-quality industrial project attraction from multiple influencing factors, so as to provide effective assistance for Haining to build a high-quality industrial city.
