摘要
研制了一款基于ARM嵌入式系统的振动攻丝扭矩试验机。该机器在振动攻丝过程中实现了多轴联动插补,实时观测、扭矩变化记录与显示等多种功能。结合滤波算法和快速傅立叶变换,对扭矩变化曲线进行分析、处理、存储,通过数据和曲线的直观表示,为振动攻丝扭矩变化规律的研究提供准确可靠的依据。在对影响攻丝扭矩的振动方式、工艺参数组成、切削液特性等方面的研究应用上具有较好的借鉴作用。
This paper develops a vibration tapping torque testing machine based on ARM embedded system.In the process of vibration tapping,multiple functions such as multi-axis linkage interpolation,real-time observation,torque change recording and display are realized.Combining the filtering algorithm and fast fourier transform,the torque change curve is analyzed,processed,and stored.Through the intuitive representation of the data and the curve,it provides an accurate and reliable basis for the study of the torque change law of vibration tapping.It has a good reference in the research and application of the vibration mode,the composition of the process parameters,and the characteristics of the cutting fluid that affect the tapping torque.
