摘要
介绍了355 MPa级耐大气腐蚀钢的成分设计和工艺特点,并制定了相应的冶炼及轧制工艺。生产实践表明,按照该工艺生产的355 MPa级耐大气腐蚀热轧钢带的组织由铁素体和少量珠光体组成,其力学性能稳定,成型性能和耐大气腐蚀性能优良,满足用户的使用要求。
The composition design and process characteristics of 355 MPa grade atmospheric corrosion resistant steel are introduced,and the corresponding smelting and rolling processes are formulated.The practice shows that the microstructure of 355 MPa grade atmospheric corrosion resistant hot rolled strip produced by this process is composed of ferrite and a small amount of pearlite,and its mechanical properties are stable,forming properties and atmospheric corrosion resistance are excellent,which can meet the user’s requirements.
