阐述了城市轨道车辆铝合金枕梁自动化焊接系统研究的必要性,分析了我国焊接系统城市轨道交通铝合金地铁枕梁焊接现状,从而提出铝合金枕梁自动化焊接系统方案,对我国轨道交通行业飞速发展有着重要的现实意义。

This paper mainly introduces the automatic welding system of aluminum alloy sleeper beam for urban rail vehicles,welding manipulator as a common automatic welding equipment.because it has the advantages of high degree of automation,stable welding process and easy to ensure consistency of welding state,which has been widely used in aluminum alloy welding.
