基于北斗定位的变电站室外施工人员安全管控的研究

Research on Safety Control of Outdoor Construction Personnel in Substation Based on Beidou Positioning

北斗卫星是我国自己研发的第一款成熟的卫星系统,其定位精度可以与GPS媲美。在变电站外施工时,可以通过北斗系统对变电站外施工维护人员进行精确的定位,防止发生意外事故。主要针对变电站的日常维护和北斗系统的联合使用进行了研究。

Beidou satellite is the first mature satellite system developed by China,and its positioning accuracy can be comparable to GPS.During construction outside the substation,the Beidou system can accurately locate the construction and maintenance personnel outside the substation to prevent accidents.This paper mainly studies the daily maintenance of substation and the combined use of Beidou system.
