摘要 为解决火电厂直接空冷系统冻结问题,分析火电厂直接空冷系统冻结成因,主要包括:冬季机组启动,停机过程中蒸汽流量过少;冬季正常运行中环境温度过低,逆流区内的不凝结气体不能及时抽出造成冻结,进一步导致顺流区内蒸汽不能正常流通,引发冻结;真空保持较高,凝结水温度过低,引起冻结;真空系统不严密,漏入空气,空气过冷冻结。因此,有针对性地提出火电厂直接空冷系统防冻措施,切实解决火电厂直接空冷系统冻结问题。 In order to solve the freezing problem of direct air-cooling system in thermal power plants,the causes of freezing of direct air-cooling system in thermal power plants are analyzed,the non-condensable gas in the counter-current area can not be drawn out in time to cause freezing,further causing the steam in the downstream area to be unable to circulate normally and causing freezing;the vacuum is kept high and the temperature of the condensing water is too low,causing freezing;the vacuum system is not strict and leaks into the air,air superfreezing.On this basis,the anti-freezing measures of direct air-cooling system in thermal power plant are proposed to solve the freezing problem of direct air-cooling system in thermal power plant.
