摘要
首先对PTA干燥机大滚圈力学强度计算、大滚圈同心度偏差检查、大滚圈表面的粘着磨损分析,然后对大滚圈表面粗糙度的影响、支撑托轮与大滚圈之间的润滑情况及干燥机现场安装及操作情况进行分析,并依据干燥机产能设计相关资料,找出PTA干燥机大滚圈表面脱落的原因。通过有效改进措施进行解决,防止干燥机滚圈进一步损坏,确保生产装置稳定运行。
Through the mechanical strength calculation of PTA dryer,the deviation of concentricity,the adhesive wear of the surface,the surface roughness,the lubrication between the support carrier and the roller,and the installation and operation of the site of the surface of PTA dryer.Solve by effective improvement measures to prevent further damage to the dryer roller ring and ensure the stable operation of the production unit.
