摘要
文章提出了一种简易、功能完整、自动化的电池包快换装置的设计方案。该方案不仅用地少,设备还进行了模块化设计,并集成了电池存储、充电、电池取放、控制、安全保护等功能。该换电装置可以明显降低设备投资成本,降低换电站的建设门槛和换电操作难度,具有良好的市场通用性。
This paper proposes a simple, complete and automatic battery pack quick change device design scheme. This scheme not only uses less land, but also carries on the modular design of the equipment, and integrates the functions of battery storage, charging, battery pickup and discharge, control, safety protection and so on. This electrical changing device can significantly reduce the upfront investment cost, reduce the threshold of electrical changing station construction and the difficulty of electrical changing operation, and has good market universality.
