摘要
近年来智能变色材料在纺织业掀起了一波热潮,其通过外界环境的变化对纺织品传递信息,纺织品通过颜色的变化又向人们传达信息,赋予纺织品科技与智能并存的功能。文中综述光致变色材料、热致变色材料和电致变色材料的变色机理、材料分类和应用范围。介绍智能变色材料在针织服装上的应用现状与前景,展望智能变色针织服装未来在纺织行业会向柔性、舒适、安全、多功能的智能可穿戴方向发展。
In recent years, smart color-changing materials have set off a wave of enthusiasm in the textile industry.They convey information to textiles through changes in the external environment. The textiles convey information to people through color changes, giving textiles the coexistence of technology and intelligence. This article summarizes the discoloration mechanism, material classification and application scope of photo-chromic materials, thermo-chromic materials and electro-chromic materials. To introduce the application status and prospects of smart color-changing materials in knitted garments, this research looks forward to the future development of smart color-changing knitted garments in the textile industry in the direction of flexible, comfortable, safe and multi-functional smart wearables.
