中老年慢性病患者性生活现状及生活满意度调查分析

Analysis of the sexual activity and life satisfaction of middle-aged and elderly patients with chronic diseases

目的探讨45岁以上中老年慢性病患者生活满意度与性生活现状之间的关系,提升中老年慢性病患者生活满意度。方法采用慢性病患者生活质量评定问卷及满意度调查表对41例男性患者和55例女性患者进行问卷调查,对生活质量各方面与患者性生活活跃度、整体生活满意度分别进行相关性统计分析。结果中老年慢性病患者生活质量评分低于正常人群,83.3%调查对象最近半年内无性生活,性生活活跃度与体力因素、心理状态相关;88.5%调查对象表示对整体生活满意,生活满意度与工作人际关系、生活信心、疾病对生活的影响等多因素相关;性生活满意度是整体生活满意度的良好预测因子。结论中老年慢性病患者正在适应老龄化进程和慢性病的影响,性满意度是中老年慢性病患者整体生活满意度的良好预测因子。

Objective To explore the relationship between life satisfaction and sexual activity of middle-aged and elderly patients with chronic diseases over 45 years old,so as to improve the life satisfaction of elderly patients with chronic diseases.Methods Forty-one males and 55 females were surveyed by using a questionnaire and a satisfaction questionnaire for chronic disease patients,and the correlation between the results was statistically analyzed.Results The scores of the quality of life in the middle-aged and elderly patients with chronic diseases were lower than those in the normal population.83.9%of the respondents claimed that they did not have sex in the last six months.Sexual activity was closely related to physical factors and the psychological state.88.5%of the responders said they were satisfied with their overall life.Life satisfaction was related to many factors such as interpersonal relationship in work,confidence in life,and the impact of illness on life.Sexual life satisfaction was a good predictor of overall life satisfaction.Conclusion Middle-aged and elderly patients with chronic disease are adapting to the aging process and the impact of chronic disease.Sexual satisfaction is a good predictor of life satisfaction in middle-aged and elderly patients with chronic disease.
