沉淀脉冲柱结构的优化设计

Effect of Pulse Precipitation Column Structure on Crystallization Kinetics and Particle Size of Cerium Oxalate

摘要 用草酸铈代替草酸钚,在一种新型连续沉淀反应器——沉淀脉冲柱中进行沉淀研究。利用MSMPR结晶器的数学模型对沉淀脉冲柱在特定条件下的草酸铈结晶动力学进行研究,指导放大反应器的结构设计,确定了有利于制备大颗粒沉淀的结构参数,用草酸铈产品的粒度分布对反应器的结构参数进行验证,并考察了不同结构参数对沉淀颗粒形貌的影响规律。研究结果表明,MSMPR结晶器的数学模型适用于沉淀脉冲柱,求解的动力学数据可以很好的指导反应器的结构设计,优化的制备大颗粒沉淀的反应器结构为:折流板上部进料,板间距为32 mm,脉冲强度为0.5×2.65 cm/s。 A new type of continuous precipitation reactor, the pulse precipitation column, was studied by replacing plutonium oxalate with cerium oxalate. The crystallization kinetics of cerium oxalate under specific conditions of the pulsed precipitation column was studied by the mathematical model of the MSPPR crystallizer. The structural parameters of the enlarged reactor which are beneficial to the preparation of large particle precipitates were determined, the relationship between the crystallization kinetics and the structural parameters of the reactor was verified by the particle size distribution of the product, the influence of different structure parameters on the morphology of precipitation was investigated. The research results showed that the mathematical model of the MSPPR crystallizer is suitable for the pulsed precipitation column and the calculated kinetic parameters can guide the structure design of the reactor well.The structure that is most conducive to the preparation of large particle precipitation is as follows: feeding on the top of discs and doughnuts, the packing distance is 32 mm, and the pulse strength is 0.5×2.65 cm/s.
